I can receive text messages and use my data but whenever i try to send a text it fails, and when i called about it after 3 hours worth of calling customer support they said to wait while they make a report or something and that it could take up to 4 days and to not call them again until after 4 days have passed or it’ll reset the progress???? for some reason???
i dont know what to do, i need to be able to make calls for my job and i can’t just wait around for 4 days for it to MAYBE work. what do i do T_T ????????

join a lobby with 8/8 people and all but two of them leave before the game even starts and now i know i’m gonna be the only one left after slowly trudging along by trial 10 😭😭
i am not exaggerating when i say this happens 80% of the time regardless of what skill level the lobby is.

desperately trying to log into my old roblox account. I have everything, i have my username, my password, and my email. but it needs a 6 digit authentication code that it keeps not sending to my email. no matter how many times i hit resend NOTHING is actually sent to me. i checked spam, and i am definitely on the right email account, i’ve searched for anything from roblox sent to my email. nothing!!! i am at a complete loss on what to do as every ai support bot just redirects me to try and get the authentication code they are just not sending me.

why am i not getting the email for the code? its been hours. its so frustrating to have an ai give me the same non-working solution over and over instead of getting real help. i want to get help from a real person so badly
