I'm looking to possibly move apartments, and I found a pretty decent one for a good price on Parkway, but some of my friends told me the Lyell Ave area isn't the way to go (I'm not originally from Roc so I'm asking around). How bad actually is that area?

Hi, I've been playing through the game while avoiding lynels so I don't get stomped, but now I have the proper stuff to fight them. So far I've killed one red, one blue, and one white (silver hasn't shown up yet) but now that I go to any spot that should have a red or blue they're all whites. I still need to get the lynel and mighty lynel spears and crushers. What can I/should I do?
