I just got this in my email, but I am not sure if I should get it. Is it good?

Autozone ran a test and said the battery and the alternator are fine. The car has a hard time starting, the brake is stiff, and the steering wheel seems locked. When I try to start it, the lights blink raoudly and it makes a weird sound. Any ideas?
