Has anyone else encounter the lady who walks around yelling at people? She will mumble or yell into her hand like she’s trying to hide it. She also will scream in peoples faces when they walk by? She usually has a grey jacket and a red backpack. She screamed in my face and it was so awful I started crying. Has anyone else encountered this?

She is also often on Broom street
