Why did Michael make so many tattoos?

I understand the tattoos needed for some heavy stuff like the blueprints of Fox River or the Devil's face so the holes would be perfectly exact, but I just cannot imagine any reason for some of them like the Christ in a Rose or even Rip Chance Woods. Like surely someone like Michael can be bothered to remember a few pretty distinct names or things that he would've had to dedicate some pretty decent time to setting up. Staking out a grave and digging and stashing all the supplies for Rip Chance Woods and making calls or whatever was needed to get the Christina Rose with that lady. I get that it was probably just there in the show so that Mahone had a way of keeping up with them because plot needs to plot, but do you guys think there was any legitimate reasons for some of these tattoos?

Did they change SAT question weighting?

So I just took practice test 4 and got pretty surprised when I got a 1540 with only 3 wrong questions (all on R&W), because I had gotten a 1550 on practice test 1 with 6 wrong questions (5 on R&W, 1 on Math). I'm pretty sure I heard that they updated the Bluebook practice tests or something, so I was just wondering did the grading scales change to? I know that different questions are weighted differently, but this different feels a bit weird. I also can't seem to find SAT Practices 1, 2, and 3 in bluebook other, so I was just wondering if something changed with how the "new" vs "old" practice tests work.
