Am I too young to get dry eyes 21

From covid my screen time increased due to online classes, then took computer engineering, got eyelid infection 2 times, my left eye is dry but don't irritate that much but my right eye irritate constantly mostly the red part previously it was dry and irritating now it's wet still irritating 2days ago soap went into that eye from that day it's feeling watery, I use preservative free drops 2 times, take salmon omega one pill a day (amway)

What should I do more, will it cure, will I be able to live life freely,

I went to opthamalist, should I go to a good doctor

What should I do

From corona lockdown I am using too much screen , due to corona I was doing online study for 3 years, then I took computer engineering now I am in 2 nd year currently holidays are ongoing after 15 days I will be in 3rd year currently I have been prescribed sodium hyaluronate opthalmic solution 0.18%w/v , my left eye seems normal even if It doesn't produce tears easily still it don't irritate, my right eye started irritating from my first year ,i got eyelid infection 2 times ,then I am suffering from dry eyes ,the red part in the corner of eyes irritate whenever I watch screen for too long but i have to code, I am taking salmon omega pills (idk if they are useful though) , I am not using warm compress

I am thinking of not doing coding job , I am scared it will worsen in future, I am regretting choosing this degree, my eye condition is stressing me so much

What should I add to my routine to make my eyes feel good

. Should I buy heating masks (if they are useful)

Which is better kindle or kobo, can I download books from internet and just send it to device to read free , are there ads on ereader, what is jailbreaking, can I do it on new kindle , I looked on Amazon there is only one kindle that is selling, there are 2 kobos , I initially thought of buying old kindle but I am scared of scams , can I read my college notes pdf on it, which is more durable, easily repairable
