Is it the same pain which you feel in calf if you run after many months without warmup or no how is it feel ???

At which spot of thigh you have pain

And does sitting hurts in your hip that touches the surface???

I really want to know will this ever heals or no pain will be there lifelong

Right nerve root compression

While sitting I feel burning pain not heavy but light in my right glute while sitting is it common or not

I do feel burning light light pain not much in right hip glute area on which we sit on the surface that part of hip skin which touch the surface while sitting

Is it uncommon or more than bulge symptoms??

When I try to sit like in a relaxed position like a slouching one yaa right I do feel stiffness and pinching 📌 pain at spot then I have to sit completely erect buy one even can't sit completely erect too like this Will obviously cause stiffness and pain
