Every time I mate a man and try to have some normal conversation or make him my friend either they always try to flirt or confess that they like me even tho I always see them as friends , brothers or seniors.

It happens not just with the guys of my age but also my college teacher he puts out some words that come out of his mouth that seem a little flirty and it's kinda uncomfortable sometimes.

Also my cousins try to flirt with me several times . One of my cousin's brother tried to kiss me and when I pushed him away he started to change the subject and make me feel bad for it.

Another incident is that once I was in a restaurant with my parents for dinner. The waiter of the restaurant keeps on looking at me and I feel uncomfortable , when my dad notices it and stares back at the waiter the waiter goes inside towards the kitchen.

Also every time I try to make guy friends they always turn out to be flirty or too nice like being too nice is also not good there is always something sus l.

Also I don't count myself that 10/10 attractive or whatever. I am just a normal teen girl. And I am kinda chubby but not over weight. And I am asian so I have asian features.

And I am not the most attractive kinda girl I am just a normal teenager.

So , I just want to ask why men are so flirty and act differently around women's or seemingly girls.

Why it is seemply hard to have normal conversation with a men ?

Marriage is the scariest thing to even think of. I have seen women in my neighborhood getting abused by their husbands every single day. I asked my male friend what his body count is he told me it's 4 . And when he asked mine , I told him 1. He replied with saying that's wrong that he also told me in his community if the husband found his wife is not a virgin husband will kill his wife. I also asked him Will you do the same ? And he answered with yes even tho his body count is already 4.

Also I have seen the emotional abuse, money abuse and other kind of abuse not just the physical abuse in the marriages of the women's not just in my family but also in in country.

I have make decision of not getting married . I rather stay single than getting into abusive relationship or marriages . Also the cheating rates and divorce rates are so high nowadays it's kinda exhausting ot even think about a loyal partner.

I am 19yrs old and I will not get married. I had make this decision and I will just focus on my studies nad career.

Some of you may think I am too young for this but in my country and my community man's either they are in 20s or 30s they always look for young women. And I am getting marriage proposes from the man's atleast 5 to 7 yrs older than me for now.

I rather focus on my studies and career. And if my parents continue to force me to look after marriage I am gonna run away. I can't stay in same household with them. Cause they has patriarchal beliefs .
