Second IUI success!

Second IUI success!

March = chemical
April = failed IUI
May = chemical
June = SUCCESS!

It’s been one week of positive tests and I had my first beta draw yesterday at 14 days post IUI, and my HCG was at 289 and progesterone was a 37! I am so thankful and hoping tomorrow’s beta shows solid progression. My app says due February 15th! I have for sure already been feeling really nauseous and crampy.

We’ve been trying since the beginning of last year and have never made it this far into the process. I feel like I’m finally starting to breathe and let myself get excited after this test this morning. Here’s to hoping for good numbers tomorrow!!

9 dpIUI - Maybe positive?

I think my second IUI was successful, but I know I’m still in the trigger shot danger zone!

I am 9 dpIUI today, 11 dpt. This is my second IUI- our first one that failed April was sandwiched between two quick chemicals in march and may. This time, my experience was a little different!

After 5 days in clomid, I went in for my second monitoring on CD 10, and my lining was already 7.5 (major yay for me) and I had 4 follicles- 13 and 13 on the left and 16 and 12 on the right. Well, I was on the weird cusp of the holiday weekend and hadn’t ovulated on my own yet so they gave me an antagonist shot that I took on Friday night, then I triggered with 250 mcg of ovidrel on Sunday night. IUI was last Tuesday, which was CD16.

My first IUI my trigger shot never really showed up on tests, I waited until like 8 days post IUI to test.

Today I tested to see if there was any lingering trigger at 11 DPT/9 DPIUI, and I was shocked by a very visible line. This was with second morning urine. Drank water all day and a liquid IV, and this evening my test was even darker with only holding my bladder for an hour.

I am SO hopeful. Darkest positives we’ve ever gotten by far. I’m just so nervous it’s still the trigger! How dark were your lines 11 days post trigger?

Over a year of trying, chemical in early march and then a failed first IUI cycle right after - I am just so so hoping this is our winner! We’ve never had a positive this early after ovulation!!
