I keep getting an email yesterday and today saying that my ipsy original needs to have the payment method recharged, but the charge was successfully processed on the 30th. I am so confused. Made a ticket, again. But this is my 3rd issue in 2 days with Ipsy and I am beginning to get fed up tbh.

I have 2 different accounts with beauty boost active on both, and both say nothing about the beauty boost on my actual box. Made tickets for each account, but so far no help. Feels like I’m getting jipped $30.
