Please help

When I was still in college we were required to open a Philhealth account when nag transition na to f2f, this was 2023. In the following years, life happened blahblah and I forgot this ever existed. Fast forward to 2026, I got employed in a gov agency. I never went pa to our local Philhealth, kasi my problem is

1. I’ve seen so many posts na pinabayaran talaga sa kanila yung boong amount, is there any way around this?
2. May mga naka experience naba nito, and had a way to fix it?
3. I know its my fault, wag niyo ako pagalitan pls huhu, pero the deadline is coming and nasasayangan ako sa job if ito lang ang reason why I won’t continue

Please help a person na never tinuruan paano mag adulting :(((((
