Thinking about eating raw meat often

Hello I've been on the primal diet for a few months now, not fully due to food restrictions in my country around dairy, I've only recently adjusted to the diet, eating raw eggs in the morning and raw meat for lunch and diner.

Not a problem but I just crave raw red meat all the time, even when I'm satiated, before this diet I used to eat a lot of carbs along with good amount of cooked meat. Why could this be happening? Or is it just normal human nature. Like I can't even tolerate the thought of cooking the meat anymore.

What is the difference between reading a book vs gaming?

I want to start with saying I'm not a gaming addict, I don't even enjoy most video games at all. But there are a few games where I really like the story that made me play them, such as Cyberpunk 2077 or Fallout.

Now let's say instead of playing them I read a book similar to those stories, assuming both take the same amount of time, why would gaming be worse?

Advice on recovery from accutane

I made the mistake of going on accutane for a 4 month and 3 week high dose treatment, I did not know the cause of my acne back then, but looking back I understand know, I had a sudden crazy acne breakout after I decided to lose weight, lost 10kg in a few months which probably released a bunch of seed oil toxins from my fat tissue to become cystic acne. I also didn't know about the primal diet. I was also working out really hard during this time which probably caused a lot of oxidative stress.

How do I recover from the damage done? I can't go back in time, so I want to recover, my skin, oil glands, joints, bones, eyes, and whatever else accutane affected. Has anyone else been in the same situation?

How important is raw milk in the diet?

I've been eating rare/blue meat, organs, fruit, eggs and such for a few months now. But in my country raw milk is illegal and the only way to get it is in pet stores, which is about 10$ USD per liter when I convert. Is this really worth buying and incorporating into the diet?

I know Aajonus really likes raw milk but I'm not sure spending 10$+ everyday is worth it. Or whether I could temporarily drink it during the 'detox' phase?
