Burial place of Charles X

I find it so interesting how Charles X and his family were simply buried in the same small town where the deposed king died. This must be the only royal buried in my home country, Slovenia, of all places.

Any suggestions for late medieval Spain, before the Catholic Monarchs?

Hello, I'm having some trouble finding accessible books in English on 14th and 15th century Spain, before Isabella and Ferdinand. Especially after the Castilian civil war and rise of the Trastámaras, that is from Henry II to Henry IV in Castile, and from Ferdinand I to John II in Aragon. Any recommendations? Can also be about Portugal.

In the early Tudor period, how powerful was England, compared to other European monarchies?

I understand that comparing the countries in absolute terms would be difficult, but is there any way to measure that? Under Henry VII, for example, I would say England was stronger than the kingdoms of Navarre and Scotland, but weaker than the Ottoman Empire, France and Castile. I don't know how I would assess England when compared to the Crown of Aragon, or Portugal, or Poland, or other monarchies. Can anyone help me "rank" England in that period on the European relative power level, if that even makes sense?

Why was Elizabeth I so angry at Lettice Knollys for marrying Robert Dudley, 1st Earl of Leicester?

Hello, I'm quite new to Tudor history and have recently read a book about Lettice Knollys (my first ever Tudor read!). I wonder about that issue, I don't remember it being explained too well. I understand Elizabeth was very fond of Leicester, but did she expect him to remain at her side after being widowed? Was it a problem because it was a secret marriage? Or was the issue the fact that Lettice was Elizabeth's younger cousin? I didn't get the impression that Elizabeth found Lettice's alleged illegitimate descent from Henry VIII that problematic, so that Lettice's alleged Tudor descent would be the reason.

I would also like to ask how come Elizabeth forgave Leicester quite quickly, but Lettice was seemingly out of favour for the rest of Elizabeth's reign? After all they both did something that displeased her. It looks to me as if Elizabeth was more lenient with Leicester than with Lettice.
