It dosnt look clean to me but im cleaning it heres what im doing filling sink with warm water and putting a little bit of petrol in the water then cleaning the cut with a clean cloth then drying it putting iodine on then a plaster but it still looks dirty to me I try and let it breather for a bit after I put iodine on it and just let it air but im not sure what else to do and dont realy know please if you can give some advice

I dont wanna eat i keep putting plastic wrap around my stomach and then wearing my waist trainer going to sleep then waking up working out and then shower but I try and eat 1 apple a day and then not eat till next day but I'm starting to go dizzy and feel light
