Hey, I’m a woman in my mid 20s looking to join a martial arts club. I honestly do not mind what type of martial art it may be (kickboxing, MMA, boxing, muay thai, etc). The main priority for me is:

- friendly members, preferably a younger crowd (20s, 30s)
- regular training for beginners (up to 2-4 times a week)

Would anyone here have any recommendations? Thanks :)
