Bought a new build and garage is too small to fit any sized vehicle

I just bought a newly built townhouse a week ago, and discovered that my car does not fit, nor does it fit any sized vehicle as I’ve also tried both of my parent’s vehicles. Each car sticks outside of the garage by several inches, rendering the garage door unable to close.

To make matters worse, I’m not the only townhouse in the surrounding area that is dealing with this. Everyone who has moved in has to park their cars on both sides of the street as their cars don’t fit in their garages either. The street is so congested with parked vehicles that some entrances to homes are blocked. I also worry emergency vehicles won’t be able to fit.

I have nothing stored in my garage either, so this is strictly due to how the structure was built. The builder has also stopped responding to people’s complaints about the garages, which is aggravating to say the least. The listing and plans I signed off on all state it is a single car garage, but the physical structure is too short to accommodate any sized vehicle.

I need advice on what to do in this situation, given that the garage can’t serve its intended purpose.

Help. I moved into a new home, however the kitchen is lacking storage space. I’m hoping to utilize the blank wall (about 5.5’ by 10’)

Looking for suggestions on how to create more storage space for pantry items, dishes, and small appliances, while keeping the kitchen cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional. Thank you!
