How to go from tight, stiff/dry coils and flat volume-less roots to full, soft, and voluminous bouncy curls? (Bottom pic is me, top pic is the goal)

Heyy, so as the pic suggests I’m trying to change my routine and my hair for the better. Recently this has been my schedule:

-Wetting hair everyday in the shower
-conditioning each time I wet my hair
-putting leave in, air drying, and scrunching everyday
-shampooing once every 2-3 days

Shampoo = garnier honey loving blends
Conditioner = garnier honey loving blends
Leave in =Nohraan Creme de pentear

What should I do to achieve volume, softness, shine, and shape in my hair? It’s been growing without a cut for almost a year now and it just looks so… lackluster… it’s been feeling quite dry and tangling up sometimes too lately, even though I still condition everyday and put leave in everyday too. I just rlly don’t know what to do w this thing.
