Best football game for solo play
I'm looking for a single player football game with decent career mode. I just want to have a game now and again and I don't play often enough to maintain any skill level for online play.
I mean an actual football game not adjacent things like Rocket League or World of Football.
FIFA/EA is the elephant in the room. Played loads as a kid but not played one since 2016 is there one that's best recently for single player/career?
Sociable Soccer Champions appeals to me as a fan of Sensible Soccer but reviews are meh.
