Before I send in a bug report to propresenter, I wanted to check with the community here.

For a funeral, I have the image of the deceased person on the audience screen, and I want it to remain on the screen for the whole service. I have a "Stage Screen" (or confidence monitor) slide set up to play a video with audio, for the purpose of not showing the video on the audience screen and leaving the image of the deceased on the audience screen. The video in question was a karaoke version of a song with lyrics that we only wanted the singer to follow.

During testing before the service, I clicked the red "Clear All" button while the video was playing, but to my surprise that did not clear the stage screen slide and the video audio just kept playing, and I could not see an obvious way to stop it.

Am I missing something? I know putting a video on a stage screen slide is not common, cuz most people just use it to see the current and future text of song slides, and of course the clock, so it might just be a development oversight. But I'm very curious why the "Clear All" in fact did not clear all.

UPDATE EDIT: I'd like to point out I actually gave some misinformation at the time I posted this. I wrongly assumed Qlab 4 didn't lock custom geometry behind the license. I use Qlab 4 so often that I forgot it was licensed. So then working on Qlab 5, I was caught off guard with the lack of functionality I'm used to having. And I also figured out Qlab 4 doesn't run on iOS 26, so I was a little too annoyed I couldn't fix the issue.

Ultimately, my issue has been fixed. I apologize for my apparent lack of care for an awesome program. I just wish it respected the metadata of the video I was using, otherwise I wouldn't have been here asking for the help.

ORIGINAL POST: I have an issue. I tried playing a vertical video in Qlab 5, but it outputs as horizontal. But the video plays vertically just fine in Quicktime, so I can't just turn it 90 degrees, because then Qlab will just play it horizontally the other direction. Also, Qlab 5 locked custom geometry behind its license, so how am it suppose to fix this issue without the license? The fact Qlab 4 had access to custom geometry settings seems a bit mean. And now Qlab 4 doesn't run on iOS 26, so there's no option to use legacy versions, not even using rosetta.

What’s the point of having the option of starting a run in Blighted Marsh Black Dam if there is literally no where to go except jump off the edge of the bridge, which… wait for it… just leads back to the bridge you started on. Shortest run ever. If there is no progression to be had here, it needs to be removed from the World Dial. It’s just a waste of time.
