My first spell specialization was Alteration (which is what I wanted), but yesterday I bought 2 more specialization unlock AAs. I wanted Evocation to be my second one, so I went into Splitpaw and started spamming Evocation spells at mobs and it would never tick over 50 skill. I would get messages saying "you got better at specialization evocation" (or whatever the word is) but it would always say (50) and the skill itself still shows 50.

I started casting Abjuration spells and it started skilling up the specialization over 50 immediately as normal. Then went back to evocation and still getting the message saying I'm getting better at specialization evocation (50) about every time I cast an evocation spell.

Is this a known bug for anyone else?

I tried asking in game but couldn't get any response. I made a Halfling Paladin/Druid and the Paladin master told me to go see Jimji (spelling may be wrong) to work on my armor quests, but when I went to the spot on the map he's not there. I tried the "find" and his name is not on the find list either. Are newbie armor quests not in this version of the game, or did someone find him somewhere else out of the ordinary?
