In previous seasons I played ball lightning sorc. using Okun's catalyst, Esadoras, and having movement maxed out, I was able to run quickly with the BL spinning around me and shredding groups of monsters. how can I do that in season 13?

I haven't been able to figure it out and I see other players running around the way I was able to in previous seasons. anyone know how?

most of the ball lightning builds I see rely on teleport for quick movement but I hate that "zip zip zip" play style.

I'm here to gripe about the post office branch for my area (Katy, TX).

Anyone else having issues with packages marked as delivered and/or delivered to parcel locker, only to not be there or no locker key in your box? I've had two separate packages with tracking #s go missing in a span of two weeks.

I've reached out to the USPS Consumer Affairs Manager for Houston and reported the shenanigans. This is starting to look like "stop the clock scans"; metric manipulation and at this point possibly theft. Spoke with someone who claimed to be the Post Master of the branch - they weren't. They were a supervisor or clerk, according to the CAM manager, this person wasn't. This person closed the first missing package investigation without speaking to me stating my package was lost, despite showing it was delivered to the parcel locker.

I'm about to involve the USPS Office of Inspector General (think the USPS' Internal Affairs) to investigate the staff at this branch. Based on Google reviews from others dealing with this issue, it looks like there's some kind of mail fraud ring going on there.

I have a feeling these packages will never get recovered. I guess it's time to revert a mailbox from the UPS Store.
