Hi All,

My father has been trying to make a wire transfer from Belarus to the US, and it’s been a total mess so far…

I called Priorbank to find out what my options are. Essentially, the representative said they don’t have a list of banks they can wire to because it’s updated daily, but she did confirm that they wire to the US (allegedly). She asked me to provide the SWIFT codes for my US accounts, but neither of them had a route available. I have Chase and BofA.

At this point, I’m starting to lose hope and don’t know how this can be done.

I’m just trying to see if anyone has had any luck transferring money from Belarus to the US through Priorbank recently. If so, what US bank do you use?

If you used a different Belarusian bank, which one was it, and what was the receiving bank in the US?

I’d also appreciate it if you could share whether there were any restrictions on the transfer amount and what the fees were.

Hi! My fiancé and I are planning to get married in Milwaukee this October or November (we’re still finalizing the date), and we’re looking for an LGBTQ+-friendly officiant who’s reasonably priced.
We’ve done some searching online, but many officiants seem to charge $500 or more, which is a bit outside our budget. We’re hoping to find someone in the $200–300 range, if possible.
If anyone has recommendations or has worked with an officiant they loved, we’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!
My fiancé and I are looking for a wedding venue for around 50 people, and we’re kind of stuck.
It seems like everything we find is either a huge banquet hall meant for 100+ people or a brewery/industrial space. We’re planning on doing a navy blue and white theme, so those industrial venues just don’t really fit the vibe we’re going for. Our budget is $10,000.
So far, the only place we’ve really liked is Bucyrus Club in South Milwaukee, and we have a tour scheduled there. It looks promising, but we don’t want to sign with the first venue we see without knowing what else is out there.
Does anyone have recommendations for smaller wedding venues in Milwaukee area?
