Lunch issue

Guys, I've just started my treatment, it's only third day of my tray 1, and I'm facing an issue. My office is in a coworking space and the public washroom is terrible, I'm reluctant to brush teeth, take out and put in my aligners in the washroom, so I'm thinking to make some oatmeal smoothie and drink it and swallow directly with a straw. Can I do so? I'm actually helpless in this situation, not to even mention I'll have to put elastics on during my tray 3, at that time I might even have a hard time to just drink with straw. Kinda frustrated and regretting

Invisalign

Guyssss I'm starting my treatment on this Thursday, expected 25 trays to fix my gap and protrusion. My ortho says without extraction of four teeth, the expected outcome only reaches half of her expectation but from patient's perspective will be good enough, because I insist not to extract teeth when my teeth are all okay and healthy, so let's see what outcome will I get.

I'm so so so nervous and anxious as to how painful it will get, how troublesome it will make my life become, how many questions and annoyance my colleagues will ask and give me everyday etc. I almost give up on this treatment because of all of these, but now I've no way back because I've paid and all the trays have arrived.

I'm not sure this post will be removed, but I'm honestly quite anxious, worrying I've made a wrong or unnecessary choice, just hope to get some suggestions or encouragement

Thank you guys

I think not toxic, but I hate someone spreading something like that

I graduate with law degree but I didn't proceed to take the certification exam to be qualified to be a lawyer in my country, and I take the gap year to start working until now, it's been one and a half year, in a fin tech related industry. Six months ago, I decide to take a certification course related to this financial and I might be able to work in other fintech or audit firms or banking or even abroad, and I know my company has a subsidy with some conditions so I approach my assistant manager and wanting to apply. The whole process sicks as my manager kept pushing me to "voluntarily" write some commitments and be bond by the company after I pass the exam, so I withdraw my application.

Fast forward until now, I'm having a hard time and definitely a slow progress in studying. I'm very far behind my plan, because of the workload etc. I'm in office right now and our seats are very close to each other and the whole office is silent. I was in a call with a senior coworker for a discussion over a task and after that, she started casually talking to me, which we always did, and she started talking like how lawyers are professional etc, and she said she thought I was still studying for my law certification. I said no and she said oh but I heard that you are studying right now aren't you? I say hmmm, no. She didn't believe it and still pushing "no? I heard from assistant manager that you're still studying", only then I know my assistant manager told her about this, probably not just her, but some of the senior coworkers they are close to. I don't think it's suitable for me to lie at this stage, so I say "well, for the law qualification, no." Then she asked what else are you studying then, and I told her everything and she started looking into the course and said she's interested and want to take the same. And it was silent in the office, I'm pretty sure the rest of the coworkers, especially a big mouth in front of me had heard it. I FELT SO BAD that now it's not a privacy anymore, probably many people would have known about it now.

I know it's not something to hide, but I'm a very private person and I do intend to keep it as low profile as possible, and maybe only those very seniors that can be my connection would know about it, while the rest can know AFTER me passing the exam. I don't know if I'm being a weirdo to feel so bad right now, for both that it's not a secret anymore, and that someone is starting to do the same thing as I want to do right now

I know this probably nothing, (I'd like to ask if my upset is reasonable or I'm being paranoid etc) but this is making me upset as it's my first job and I start to know people don't keep their mouths shut, not even the managers

How do I apply for this job when I don't have networking

I know one of my former coworker works for a foreign company remotely while getting the higher pay (because the company is paying him with HQ based country's currency, and it's like four times of my country's currency). This company does have a branch in my country, but it's in another state. Yet this former coworker is working remotely here, not the branch, he doesn't have to go to the office AT ALL. It's a good job that I wanna try. But, this company doesn't have a public posting, and I don't know this coworker personally nor he has a linkedin. He got this job because his former team lead goes to this company and internally refer him I guess. So, the world is hiding something behind me...how do I get a chance to apply for the job...

Is this a sign I should be living alone

I'm 24F, my family is good, open minded enough, and no big issues, I'll say it's a happy family. But as I grow, I start to feel myself being too dependent on and pampered by my family? I tell my family everything, every funny things or bad things happen in my life and my work, even just the smallest thing like what I had an expensive lunch with my colleagues but it's horrible.

Some background: my mum is a housewife since I was born, and my family is just a working class family until me and my brother start working. My brother is introverted like me, so we don't have much friends and since we live with parents, we are closer to our parents than our friends.

But now I start to feel like wanting to live alone, because it will make me feel less responsible and obliged to tell my parents everything I'm doing. Not in a way that I want to hide something or anything from my parents, but I sometimes feel tired of my own feelings of obliged to tell them and explain what I'm doing. I know I possibly don't have to, if it's just small things, but I think by living alone will reduce such mental obligation.

For example if I live alone, I can go hangout or dinner somewhere else anytime anywhere, but if I'm living with parents, I feel obliged to tell them days ago as this will affect my family dinner plan etc. Not like they will prohibit me from going anywhere, but it's just my mental thing.

Does anyone ever feel the same when they're living with parents?

Disclaimer: in a good way, my family is all good, it's my own mental burden

How much should I save and how much can I save

How much should I save per month and how much can I spend

I'm 24F, single, just doing my first job and I'm a white collar. The current job is not bad in social wise, cuz I'm lucky to not be involved in all the politics play. Management is kinda micro manage, but since I'm a small potato, the pressure is not too much on me YET. However the workload is quite insane and I'm almost at the edge of my endurance. I do have the thought of applying other jobs next year when I've reached two years experience. I don't know the market salary so I cant tell if I'm underpaid or not. Currently I'm able to save around 1k monthly, and I've saved emergency fund to support me for 12 months of being unemployed.

Now, I'm thinking to do clear aligner as this has been something I wanna do years ago but unable to afford it. Now only I really consider it and consult the price because I'm working adult now and I can afford it on my own. But if I do it, it's going to cost me around 500 monthly for about two years, meaning my monthly saving will drop to only around 500. Due to the consideration that I do think of switching job next year, I feel a bit insecure because no one knows if my next job is more hellish than my current job. Yet I think life is unstable all the time and I can't wait for a hundred percent stability to do something I want.

Is it okay for me to proceed now, or I should wait for few years later when I'm more stable in life?
