Hi everyone, I’m joining EY GDS on 14th Sept 2026. Today, HR called and asked me to attend an in-person discussion this week for a project fitment check before my DOJ. She also asked me to prepare the topics covered in my technical interviews.

I’ve already received the offer and am currently serving my notice period, so I’m a bit concerned and worried too.

Has anyone experienced this at EY GDS? Is this just a normal project fitment discussion, or can it impact the offer?

Would appreciate your views. Thanks!

I have got an offer of 26.5 LPA + 10% VPB from EY GDS. And the HR said this is the last and the max they can offer me. She said that they don't generally offer this much . So, if I ask them again to revise the offer and increase 1 lakh in the fixed CTC. So will they do it or not? My YOE- 5 years and Designation- Senior Technical Lead
