My normal PCP checked my breasts?

Is it normal for my PCP to check my breasts? It was during my annual physical. I thought only GYN’s really do it. (But my GYN hasn’t even done it).

She just felt under my gown. No more than a few seconds each but I just thought it was weird. I’m only 25.

Do some people never truly “catch up” in reading?

I’m having a hard time with reading fluency and I have to read analytics and stuff aloud at my job. I am seeing a reading tutor for the past year and he’s helping but it’s happening very slowly. I also have a hard time with sounding out too. (I mostly memorize words). I sound like a robot when I read it’s embarrassing.

My fluency is getting a bit better but very slowly. My tutor keeps telling me that it’s very possible I have dyslexia. I was never diagnosed but I was in reading intervention from first through fourth or fifth grade.

He says that I need continued support and that he does believe I can improve but he said that I may only get to a certain point.

He thinks that I am dyslexic and I was never truly fully remediated. I was able to function O K in high school but still struggled a bit. Is it true I may not catch up?
