Tech Industry is dead for Freshers!!

I was thinking to just leave the tech industry because its a exhausting process to land a 30 to 40k job. I will try for some managerial roles. I have been trying to get a job for 3 years now. Did some paid/unpaid internships also but never converted to a full time job. Senior level roles are still having some some recruitment but they are also struggling. There are lakhs and lakhs of candidates of 2023-2026 competing for the same job and then there's AI above all of it. And people who are doing some job have no idea what's happening with us guys. They just advice us to be patient keep applying. Keep up skilling. I am learning RAG , automation LLMs. I have a 6 months + dev experience . What more these companies need.
