Psychoactive garden research

Hello everyone, I’ve been growing gardens and herbs for a long time now, I’m looking to expand my apothecary to include some more pleasure/recreational plants. What are some plants that produce psychoactive properties that you guys enjoy growing? (think like mimosa, wild lettuce, nicotiana etc…) I’m looking for everything from mild stimulants to stronger sedatives and even some mild hallucinogens, I live in a zone 7b-8b area. Preferably unregulated/legal plants and medicines that not many people are talking about anymore! Thanks in advance!

German Sheppard with degenerative myelopathy.

This is my 8 year old German Sheppard Luna. She was diagnosed with DM Today but we were previously treating her for IVD because that’s what the first vet said she had. Now she has tested positive for the mutated genes that cause DM. The vet is recommending physical therapy but I’m wondering how worth it that is. I have ordered her a wheel chair because she is already losing the ability to use her back legs. She still has control of her bowels and front legs, and is still full of energy. The physical therapy is quite expensive and DM can’t be cured. Anyone who has dealt this what has your experience been, how did you manage the care, and at what point do I need to consider euthanasia.
