my crit dmg reduced when wearing my amulet

so i recently thought my dps got lowered so i check the skill info and my crit dmg got reduce, but the thing is i never changed my amulet just my helm to increase my crit rate so idk how, i tried to use my old helm its still reduced why does this happen, also in ninja it used to be 1112% now 885%
