The transfer!!!! Ahhhhh

Baby girl is almost 5 months. She’s EBF and we’ve co slept since birth

We usually put her in between us but it’s sooooo hard . 9/10 she wakes up when I transfer her and she wants to be nursed again which results in me nursing her while she lays there and turning her towards me .

I think because of this too she’s waking up 6-7 times a night (yeah I’m exhausted)

Any tips for transferring?
I wait until she’s pretty passed out but it doesn’t seem to help.

I’m only surviving because of my 11 year old

My cute baby girl is four months and regressing … BADLY. I’m up every 45 minutes with her and just struggling altogether.

My 11 year old son is a god send. He brings me cold water all the time (even checks the water bottle to see if it needs to be filled) , vacuums , grabs me snacks, CHECKS on me (how are you doing? Did you sleep?)

Yesterday he said he would hold her so I could go out to the garden by myself 😂😂😂. I did only for a few minutes but when I came back he was singing to her and kissing her cheekies . He reads to her, he tells me to go lay down and he will stay with her while she’s on her mat . I’m so lucky!!

I feel bad that he’s felt like he needs to step up like this but I’m so grateful??? Even just the doing the dishes is so helpful . I’m dreading him and his brother going back to school 😂.

Deff planning on something special for him and his brother (14 year old helps a lot but typical teen in a good way- he’s got his own thing going on)

Car rides and an 11 week old

I just give up on leaving the house lmao.

She’s so cute but for a thirty minute trip I’m stopping like four times because she screams bloody murder. We do all the things, feed; burp, gas and change and she still will scream .

Is the only way to leave to stop constantly? How long do you let them cry in between each stop?

It’s so stressful!!! For a thirty minute car ride it takes an hour or hour and a half. She gets so damn hot screaming I can not take her out I feel like .

For those cranky in the car how long was it before this changed ? The weather is so damn nice it’s such a shame to not go out with her

Editing to add she is covered in sweat , we just pulled over after 15 minutes . I’m going to just start doing 15 to 20 minute trips. This poor girl

How can I help it??

Received a very leggy cutting and planted it in a 7 gal bag.

It’s just not fairing well; how can I help it? Fertilize? Time? Planting deeper? I have no idea at this point it looks so bad lol

What to do with super long sprouts

Should I plant these deeper? Can I cut and make another plant? Is it even worth it to?

Weather is crappy but turns around this weekend so I’ll probably just plant today but unsure of what to do!

Our little girl is four weeks now . She screams a LOT. We are pretty sure she’s extremely gassy and I’ve started to adjust my diet for breast feeding her but I’m so tired .

I don’t have any dairy so that’s out. Could the fact that I eat a crap load of nuts everyday be an issue? That’s the unfortunate next thing to go.

Anyone have any tricks that help with the gas and making them feel better ?

Tubers are all woken with some good growth in ziplock baggies of potting soil. Some have about three inches of sprouts which I’m concerned about lol

We have a couple weeks till planting, should I just leave them in there and keep covering the new growth ? I have about 60 so I’m not keen on potting them up but will do what I have to

So I know that it’s obvious this isn’t planted deep enough, gunna shove some soil on top today to top off the container. I think the soil receded way more than I thought it would over the winter

Is this happening because she’s too shallow? She had a GREAT year last year with zero issues and as she’s waking up I notice the main cane is pretty sad looking and this red growth coming up.

Is the solution to just bury deeper? Should I trim that main cane or just leave it ?

Hi all!

Every year I’ve been doing a wildflower bed in front for cut flowers and with a new baby it just feels like a lot.

I’m hoping to just put out perennials(plan on buying actual plants not seeds) that will continue to come back so besides weeding and some filling in here and there I don’t have to maintain it year after year.

Anyone have any advice on must haves ? I’m having trouble choosing so I’d like to hear from those who have one!

Ideally I’d like long lasting summer - fall blooms. I have a huge dahlia garden behind it so it would be nice to have it all bloomed together
