We are forming a team for FAR AWAY Hackathon 2026 and urgently need one serious person who is strong in AI integration, backend, and agent-based systems.

The competition is a big opportunity. Selected teams can move to further rounds, including Delhi and Japan, according to the official rules. It can also give good exposure, networking, mentorship, expert connections, and future opportunities.

Right now, we already have team members for research, frontend, pitch/design, and product direction. The missing role is someone who can handle the AI/backend side properly.

But the root problem is not only food shortage.

The real failure is late prediction, broken supply chains, weak aid targeting, climate shocks, affordability crisis, and no local job creation.

I’m building FoodShield AI.

It is an agent-based hunger intelligence and local economy activation system.

Not a normal AI chatbot. Not a donation app. Not just a dashboard.

The prototype will use AI agents to:

detect hunger risk early

reason why the risk is increasing

generate country/district risk scores

suggest emergency action plans

identify a country’s natural advantages

recommend local job-creation models

The goal is to detect hunger before it becomes an emergency and connect crisis response with local economic recovery.
