This seems kind of insane to me, honestly. I'm an idiot who's paying for the Power tier, and I guess I'm wasting my money.

I've been a customer for a while, and never had to wait this long. But as soon as I start paying more, like a sucker, this happens.

Is this kind of wait normal for a weeknight, or are they simply refusing to report an outage? Or should I actually listen to the negative people on here and stop wasting my money on a garbage service run by greedy people?

My whole block is off at least- Near Drake and Dunbar.

Wondering if anyone has any info or an update.
