Cardinal tetra help

Is this Cardinal tetra gravid? Diseased? Or just fat and old. Can’t tell. It’s a lot bigger than the other ones.

Tailgating ute uses left-turn-only lane to undertake me, then stops in front of me

Had a near miss with a tailgating ute today. I was doing ~60 in a 60 zone (Parramatta Rd, Ashfield) when he used a left-turn-only lane to go straight and undertake me through an intersection (by Woolies Ashfield North).

I started moving to the left lane immediately after the intersection, saw him suddenly coming up beside me, and aborted the lane change. I slowed to let him pass, but he slowed with me. I then slowed right down so I could drop in behind him, then he came to a complete stop so I couldn't progress, all while shouting and waving his arms.

Thankfully no collision, but completely unnecessary and aggressive driving.

Home assistant is my party host assistant

Context: I am planning a birthday party at home this weekend

Background: All my lights are hue bulbs, ducted AC, sonos speakers, and front door lock are HA-connected.

I have a simple button to enter the home to 'party mode'. This activates the lighting scene to match my party theme, a time-based gradual reduction in speaker volume (to comply with council rules as the night progresses) incl. hard volume limits which reduce at 10 pm and midnight in case somebody tries to turn the volume way up, and my AC will maintain nice ambient temperature based on actual temperature in the space rather than the Daikin sensor in the return vent located upstairs, and when its time for cake, my partner just has to push a button which will dim the lights and pause the music, and pushing it again will resume the scene before button was pushed.

The toilet light is a fun sequence of theme colours.

My door will also stop auto-locking while 'party mode' is activated so people who come and go dont get confused with how to unlock my door (hint it is simply turning the single lock but this seems to confuse some).

I wont have to spend the evening fine tuning ambience as I've created my 'hosting' dashboard to take care of everything. If anything gets genuinely annoying, there are quick buttons on the hosting dashboard to disable an automation, but I think its been nicely refined now, as i've been testing it out this week.

Can't wait.

Welcome home corys

Despite looking like wild type pandas, these are in fact albino pandas. At certain angles their eyes are red, and their black markings aren’t so pronounced.
