We're finishing up Shelterwood Inn tonight and there's a slight chance that my players will get their hands on Claire's containment briefcase. Is this item described somewhere? Pretty sure it's not in the scenario itself. What does it actually contain?
Might as well ask here since this is REALLY not my field but it might be someone else's. I have a thunderstorm ambience sound file and I'd like to make a version of it that's more muted. Imagine being inside with the rain and thunder beating down. Can it easily be done? Free software that might do the trick?
Just watched two trailers of the new action/horror movie Onslaught releasing this september and a memory of times past surfaced: reading Afraid by J.A. Konrath some 15 or so years ago. Both seem to share a similar set up: three super violent super soldiers are set loose upon a small american town. Don't remember much of the book except that I thought it was pretty bad. Anyone else read Afraid?
Before pulling the trigger on the official CoC 7th ed. module I'd like to know if it features any support for Pulp Cthulhu?
