A political party with a special manifesto - every party member, from volunteers to people in leadership positions, should promise that they will use only government schools, government hospitals etc for themselves and their families after the party gets into power. Otherwise, they will lose their party membership.
The party should also maintain WhatsApp groups for every ward, and every party member should raise issues in their ward by messaging about them or discussing them in the group and take action, if any volunteer is not active in the group for a long time he will lose his party membership. The issues can range from poor infrastructure / cleanliness to corruption.
Party also advertises this as the party’s agenda in election campaign.
This will be our constant thing in manifesto for every election.

When life is easy , you can compare yourself with any common / average person , it is totally fine… but when life becomes challenging you should immediately stop comparing yourself with common / average person on any aspect like comfort / handwork etc.. instead compare with someone who is capable of handling this challenging situation.. and see how you are handling everything in comparison with the capable person.
Idea: We should have ‘model’ protests, where people protest to make the govt follow practices that have worked somewhere else in India, related to that specific issue. For example, if a govt school is performing really well and is up to the standard in a different constituency — even in a different state — then here we protest to make the govt follow the same practices to improve the govt school in their own constituency. We give clear practices as demands. This can be applied to any issue in a constituency.

And acknowledgement/appreciation of something through a thank-you petition, where a leader is expected to say thank you to someone/something that deserves appreciation, not neglect.

Idea: We should have a special additional score for promotions of government employees, where they sign up for accountability conditions. The more conditions they sign up for, the better their chances of getting promoted.
The conditions include termination of employment if they are caught taking a bribe, etc., as well as stricter punishments for not following the rules and duties of that post, and the voluntary acceptance of additional accountability measures related to that post.
Idea: In India we should have a special governance quality index for every constituency based on different indicators like budget utilisation, govt project delivery , public services , infrastructure etc
If a constituency has a very low GQ score , that is below the required GQ score , then the constituency needs to answer to all the pending RTI requests within a month.
A special RTI support team works in the constituency to answer all or majority of the RTI requests in a month.
They should work in night shifts and early morning shifts to avoid clash with govt work.
