And yeah, maybe bragging about your biggest advantage, which can be easily stripped away, in front of enemy who is a strategic general isn't a good idea

Ok, enough for glazing Prime, but Black also gets some pretty solid feats in recent Superman issue

Prime/Black apparently can travel through comics(Prime can escape different kinds of comics, and Black can force someone to experience them), Black also now can use word balloons to fight and it actually bleeds Prime

It's confirmed that Black ripped Prime out of reality a few issues ago

[Comic Excerpt] That's what happens when you try to understand DC continuity[Superman(2026) #40]

Superboy-Prime beats Black by giving him too much information about DC lol

It's kind crazy that all the information Prime has is enough to overload someone like Black(who is amped by Prime's retcon powers)...Looks like Prime really does have Kryptonian's super-intelligence so he can handle all the information

And depends on how you interpret the "continuity-vision" part, it seems he also has senses are related to continuity knowledge

[Comic Excerpt] So how do you guys feel the seemingly compromise for the *first* Wonder Woman [Wonder Woman (2023) #35]

It seems the DC backtracks the first Wonder Woman is Hippolyta, but rather Hippolyta is the first one who wore the Wonder Woman costume, however, she wasn't officially Wonder Woman

The first Wonder Woman is still Diana

Supergirl's pre-crisis history in modern update[Summer of Supergirl Special]

It seems DC is doing their best to make most sense of her pre-crisis history:

1)Supergirl was indeed in the orphanage, but it is mainly her own choice due to the survivor's guilt. And Supergirl was later adopted by the Danvers when she was ready

2)Kara changed jobs a lot due to she is struggling to find comfort on an alien world

3)Kara eventually died when she was fighting Anti-Monitor and destroyed Anti-Monitor's physical form during Crisis On Infinite Earths

And in Post-Crisis, Kara's corpse was stolen by Darkseid, who resurrected Kara and used her as a secret weapon against Superman and Batman once triggered. She was eventually freed by Superman

So in recent issue, it seems Superboy-Prime can just retcon-punch his past bad deeds and retcon them if he wants to

But the reason he doesn't do it is simply because he feels it will be cheating, and Superman doesn't cheat

I kind of find the questions like "who is the most powerful character in *all fiction/games/novels/comics* are pratically impossible to answer and thus meaningless

First of all, I want to clarify that isn't another "powerscaling is bad!!!" post. But even we try to powerscale this, it's pratically impossible, as even the basic levels requirements are pratically impossible to achieve

  1. Like how can anyone (even relatively accurate) answers the question, if they don't read all the fictions.

Or even focused on less scope, it's also basically impossible: There are thousands if not millions games out there, and even if we don't consider the sheer numbers here, many of them are really hard to find, and even *if*(which is a big assumption) you played all the games in history, there are also tons of tie-in projects in certain games(like tie-in novels, comics, manga etc). The sheer amount energy and money you need to spend on it is virtually impossible to have

The similar logic also largely applies to novels, comics etc. Even if we ignore the sheer number of the media themselves, a lot of tie-in projects and the inaccesibility of a lot amount in it make it almost 0 chance to achieve

  1. Even if(again, a big "if) somehow achieved the first requirement. There are also the differences between how different media approaching storytelling. Like, what does count as on-panel/on-screen when it comes down to novels. How about the mechanism in gameplaying being interpreted in lore/feat-wise?

And even comes down to the same media, there are enough variations in different genres to murk the topic. For example: Visual Novel is also a game genre, but it's very close to (as the name indicates)novels, there are lot of words to describe certain fights more than a lot of games, but on the other hand, VN also lacks cutscene(on-screen) in comparison with games which are CGI-filled

I have more thoughts on a lot of other points, but I feel the 1 and 2 points already seem to be enough to convey why I feel the type of questions like asking "when is the most powerful character in [insert a insanely large medium]" is almost completely impossible to answer, and thus, quite meanless questions

So...thoughts about this?[ The Amazing Spider-Man #30 spoiler]

Apparently Ben and May have a child, but May seems to not know about this child until this point(at least, she didn't recognize him in this story until this moment)

Jor-El redeemed Lex by curing Lex's baldness[Superboy(1949 series) # 95]

Well, the title basically says it all. But I just found it funny that back in the day, Jor-El actually could have turned Lex into decent person(at least, in this imaginary story), and now we get an elseworlds story where Jor-El also survived

Curious to see how this modern interpretation of "what if Jor-El survived Krypton and arrived on Earth)" will play out, and how this version of Jor-El will interact with Lex

[Comic Excerpt] "Sorry, but magic won't even give me a sunburn"[Superman (2023) #38]

Glad they keep Superboy-Prime's immunity to magic. Also I loled with Prime when Witchfire says Prime is nice and innocent person.

And for someone curious about why some words(like "ym", which should be "my") Prime said seem disorder, it's because Manchester Black has been invading Prime's mind. Also Black seems to get some meta ability like literally pulling Prime from comic pages. And Black now can send people to different comic book events(like he sends Prime to Infinite Crisis)
