




Fdoe on training day
I do OMAD expect for training days I also do pre lift carbs. The snacks/ dinner thing is both eatin at once in like a 7 course 2 hour dinner. Absolutely peak after fasting all day pretty much. Also on rest days I just fast until dinner. Still hit my cals and macros and also the macro goal on the app isn’t my actual goal it’s just 120 protein 45 fat rest carbs I weigh 130 so need for more protein and would rather have carbs for training. Thats also two deluxe ninja cremis and usually I’ll do a whole can of pumpkin instead of the oats but switched it up last night. I might be the craziest volume eater no one can compare😭🙏I also take a few sups not all listed like creatine, magnesium glycinate, and k2+d3 and my multi and fish oils. I use a bunch of dif sauces like suger free chocolate and g Hughes and skinny mixes so I just track it as 300 so I don’t have to weigh the all out and everything.
