Making a galabeya

Any seamstresses here? I'd appreciate your input!

Rather than buying, I was thinking of asking a local seamstresses to make some simple galabeyas for my students, for a performance. There's a fabric shop not far from me and apparently its really affordable. Having absolutely no knowledge of sewing, lol, I was wondering is it a fairly simple item to make? I know there are different designs, so the easiest design would be best. I don't know the seamstresses rates as I've not approached her yet. As it's student group, I want to keep costs down. Last time I checked the galabeyas online have shot up in price, so I was curious as to whether getting them made would be a solution! I imagine I'd need a pattern for her too.

Any suggestions gratefully received

Sticky dates dissolved in the pot

Has anyone else had this problem? I bought for the 1st time sticky dates body scrub. I went for the large pot as the reviews were good and claimed a little go's a long way. I used it 3 times, very sparingly and twice was only a half body scrub. Now over a third of the product has dissapeared!

I emailed lush to ask if this is normal or am I storing it/using it incorrectly? The reply said use it sparingly! Which I did, but no explanation for the product dissolving in the pot. I'm so disappointed, as its a lot of money, I don't mind paying for good quality, but not happy to pay for something I've not had! The actual product was really good, but I can't justify the cost on a product that disolved in the tub.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have used lush body scrubs in the past and never had this issue.
