I play on some random version of HOMM 3 WOG that i got from somewhere

i like it cuz it looks like wog 3.58f while being hd and launching with a pretty modern launcher + its fully translated to my language, unlike the newer era versions from heroes launcher

but every single time when i trey to launch it on some othert device than my 1080p screen laptop it acts weird

at first, when i connected my laptop to a 1440p monitor, instead of being smooth the map movement was weird as hell. which ruined the experience for me.

when switched to a pc with a 1440p monitor the map was smooth yet there was another problem. for some reason i could only click the upper part of the in game buttons with my mouse, it just doesnt register my click if i click lower.

the problem might seem minor as hell, yet this genuinely starts pissing me off after some time

changing the resolution doesnt do anythng at all. same thing with switching from full screen to window mode

so i thought maybe some of u might know whats going on and would be willing to help me

So i just wanna start from saying that i love DA Inqisition. I platinumed the game on ps4 and finished it 3 times. That took me roughly 400 hours.

After some time i started getting tired of it. I tried to play some simmilar games ( Baldurs Gate 3, Divinity The Original Sin 2) yet none of them were as good as DAI. The one i havent tried yet is DA Origins, but by just looking at it im not sure if its worth it or not.

The main thing i love abt DAI is armor customization, crafting system, memorable characters and being able to make specific builds for the companions. I aslo like the maps and how different they are.

So i wanted to ask people who were in the similar situation as me their opinion on the game and maybe try to tell whether i might like or not, based on the preferences i stated below and above . Though please make it as objective as it can be and give some good arguments on why the game is worth it

I dont mind the grind. As long as its actually rewarding.

I dont really mind the old visuals of DAO

I dont mind playing modded DAO
