Did I miss anything? Or Saniya just went out of nowhere to get a test and found out she is pregnant?

I saw a post by a therapist i think it was therapist in nyc. She posted a carousel on if you can’t journal ask ai to show you a mirror i saved it but i guess i accidentally unsaved it and now I cant find it. Can someone help me find it or if any one has screenshots and can share?
