Hi everyone, I currently hold a passport that sits at one of the lowest ranking in the world. My family and I travel a lot and it is becoming a hassle to apply for Visa every time. I am 33 years old. My mother is 55 years old and my sister is 37 years old. I am considering getting our citizenship by investment. I am looking to spend as little as possible for citizenship for the three of us. Which country passport should we get you think?

I have 2 Hik-vision ip camera in my house and the Hik-Vision NVR just died but the hard disk inside is ok. I have an old DS220+ laying around. Is their any way to connect the Ip cameras to Synology DS220+ and use it as NVR?

Hi everyone, i am wanting to buy a ready studio apartment in Dubai and just renting it out. But I am from a country that UAE has a shadow ban on tourist visa and I am only able to get 96 hours transit visa.

1. If I choose apartment before landing in Dubai, how long does it take to transfer property to my name ?
2. Can people on transit visa convert their visa to property investor visa?
3. I do not have any bank account in UAE,how do I make payment for the apartment?
4. If I do not get investor visa and no residency,then I will not be able to get bank account, so how do I receive the apartment rent?

What business can i start with 10 Lac that will at least give me 40,000 taka monthly? Any ideas?
