I travel frequently and use my Synology NAS and Ugreen NAS as a Tailscale exit node. Recently, my connection speeds have dropped significantly, sometimes down to 1 Mbps when using Tailscale outside of my home country , seemingly because the connection is routing through a relay server.

Two months ago my ISP resolved a connection issue. Since then, I get 700+ Mbps while paying for 120 Mbps and all websites that are blocked in my country are now accessible without a VPN and coincidentally I am having this issue with my Tailscale connection speed.

Any advice on how to resolve this or force a direct connection? I do not want to change ISP because options in my area is limited.

I am qualified for Thailand retirement visa but I am from a country where Thai embassy does not give Non immigrant O visa and only gives single entry tourist visa or medical visa! Retirement visa requires to have 800,000 baht sitting in Thai bank account before applying but I cannot open a Thai bank account on tourist visa. I talked with an agent and they said they “have a way” and will show I had money in Thailand bank for 2 months before arriving on my tourist visa and I can apply for the retirement visa on the next day of arrival. But I do not want to do any illegal stuff to get my retirement visa.

2. Will I get in trouble if I follow my agent advice?

Hi everyone, I currently have 350,000 USD and was thinking of buying a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai and just get rental income. I do not want to increase the price and sell for profit later. Only purpose of this purchase is for Rental Income. I have some medical condition and have limited mobility and not able to get normal work so this rental income will be very important to me. Maximum I wanted to spend 200K USD on this property purchase.

1. Do you think it will be a good idea to purchase now?

My agent telling me I need to pay the donation to the Nauru government to a bank account located in Bahrain!! I asked chatgpt and gemini and it’s saying Nauru uses Australian Dollar as currency and government has account in Australia to receive funds but no such government account in Bahrain. Hi everyone, i am wanting to buy a ready studio apartment in Dubai and just renting it out. But I am from a country that UAE has a shadow ban on tourist visa and I am only able to get 96 hours transit visa.

1. If I choose apartment before landing in Dubai, how long does it take to transfer property to my name ?
2. Can people on transit visa convert their visa to property investor visa?
3. I do not have any bank account in UAE,how do I make payment for the apartment?
4. If I do not get investor visa and no residency,then I will not be able to get bank account, so how do I receive the apartment rent?
