I have a bosch 100 series refrigerator. When I first got it, the device connected directly to home connect. On Aug 4 the fridge disconnected. It stayed in home connection, but said the fridge was offline, but I verified that the fridge was showing as connected in my router.

After several days of resets and simply waiting I decided to try to re-pair the fridge to the account. I cannot get the fridge to re-pair.

When I go through the app process and put the fridge into pairing mode my phone sees it fine. When I connect it to the network, I can verify the router shows it as connected, but on the FINAL STEP, the app says it failed with error H1086.

I've tried all the following:

Does anyone have any suggestions? This is a new bosch 100 series, so there is no manual WIFI setup on the fridge, just a wifi icon that you hold down to reset and re-pair.

1. Different router
2. Different phone/Older phone
3. 2.4Ghz network of different names/passwords/various settings. Phone always on same network.
4. Various resetting of everything
