[Serious] To all the clerks, carriers, and non-management roles out there, what makes a good supervisor to you?
I want to be a supervisor that people don't absolutely hate like I seem to see all over this subreddit.
I'm currently on detail doing the job and I'm starting to see the way that the company focuses way more on numbers and not people, and that's not how I want to support staff. So from real people, what would you want to see out of a supervisor?
And don't just say "quit" or something like that. It's not helpful or realistic.
Thank you for all that you do.
Edit: I'm overwhelmed by all the responses, and I thank you for all the honesty and bluntness from everyone! I can't respond to all of you since I just got to reading these on my lunch break, but rest assured I'm taking it all the heart!
I just found a like new Denon AVR-1913 at a garage sale for $20. I don't really know anything about receivers, was this a good buy?
I felt for 20 bucks a 7.1 Denon was a pretty decent choice!
