This was something everyone saw coming.

(this might be confusingly worded, so to clarify, letters that extend to the top means letters that are taller than most lowercase letters, like l, f, and all capital letters, while letters that extend below are letters like y, p, and g. Uppercase Q is "no decision" because it is unclear whether the tail extends below. I can repost this reworded if necessary)
