LiPo battery fire and contamination

Yesterday I bent my xiaomi 12 lite phone and suddenly it catched on fire and filled the bedroom with smoke . It took me too much time to find a way to remove the phone from the room and the fire ended itself . I stayed a good amount of time in the smoke . I found out later the smoke contains toxic metals like cobalt and manganese besides the lithium . Is it safe to stay in the room ? I have nowhere to go so last night I slept inside it

Can't focus properly with contact lenses after 1year+ of trial

Hello! Last year in April I started wearing contacts for the first time, never wore glasses and since the day one I had trouble focusing on closer objects and sometimes focusing all together. I tried different brands and models and settled on Acuvue Oasys 1 day , -0.75 , which was the only one I could wear all day and see decent enough.

All this time I was not satisfied with my vision, reading was harder and working on small delicate things was sloppier . It's worth noting that some days my right eye lens would shift after every blink making it even worse . I tried different specs for the sizes of the lenses and tried different eye drops thinking it was a dryness problem .

Are contact lenses not for me or is there anything I can do to make them work better?
