i am potentially 28tard really confused about coaching please help me out

It started when I was 10. I came across a sex scene while watching a movie alone. I had already known how to masturbate before and the dots just connected.

I would usually forget about it for an average span of 6 months, and then get back to it...

The last 1-2 years have been the worst. I would sacrifice my sleep and mental health everyday just to get a hint of dopamine. Most nights I don't even enjoy it. It just happens automatically.

Every week or so I get the resolve to quit and I do so for about 3-4 days, before relapsing again.

I cannot talk to anyone. Therapy and counseling are my worst nightmares. Parents aren't the type to understand.

I hate myself utterly. This is my confession. My frontal cortex is probably fried to the brim. I have barely any hope left.

I will turn 16 in September, and yes I'm a guy. Thank you for reading.
