My dog got out of my backyard when I was not home. My dog was taken to the shelter because she bit a woman who was "walking on the sidewalk" yet the only blood I found was in my backyard while the sidewalk in front of my house, in front of my neighbor’s house, in front of the houses on the other side of the street are clean. How do I get my dog back? This happened in Indianapolis, IN.
