A beautiful meal inspired by the cuisine of the Canary Islands. Gofio is a small restaurant in Madrid. It’s unassuming from the outside. I went here on a win and was lucky enough to get a seating for one person. The drink pairing I had with this menu was off the charts as well. Although the photos may not be the best I left inspired to visit the islands. Of course it was seafood heavy so if you’re not into that I wouldn’t recommend it. However if you enjoy fish, small bites cooked perfectly and intimate dining experiences this is one you should check out.

I had two cuts of amazing Tajima Japanese A5 from Aragawa of London. These are hands down the best steaks I have ever had. All their cows are ultra rare, pure bred Tajima Heifers from the Hyogo prefecture. They cook in a Binchotan kiln with Binchotan charcoal. It’s a no frills steak minimally seasoned with no added flavor. Sole focus at Aragawa is the flavor of the beef itself. The charcoal burns clean and is smokeless. I thought it was crazy to see the master chef cooking by the sound of the sizzle through the kiln. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a course in the PNW. I’ve tried to stump yall a few times now. I feel like this is an obscure shot that you’ll only truly know it if you’ve played here. Hopefully the bots don’t have a chance either.

I was walking the streets of London. This was near Covent Garden. What is it? I was thinking it had a look of an old school MG. I’m not familiar with the badge though. Any info on this one would be cool.

I spotted this car in Evian, France. It was so tiny! Curious if anyone knows anything about this one. I see the badge, but I didn’t do any research. Is this a legit performance model?

I spotted this safari in NY. Such a cool car to see in the wild. Let alone in the middle of downtown Manhattan.
