Fat Bob Handles shockingly well

Just coming here to say, I'm shocked by the Fat Bob. My veteran buddy has one, with a "stage 3" screamin eagle kit.

We went for a rip the other day. I'm on an MT 09 SP. His bike is right there with me for acceleration, I just edge out on the top end.

Following him, shreddin some corners though, blew me away. I was almost maxing out my lean angle to keep with him.

Granted I could be hanging off more, braking later, etc. I was ignorant to how a Harley could handle! Kudos to anyone with one. Hell of a unique bike!

Any other Harley's handle as well/better?

First day false neutral slam

Bought a 25, Sp yesterday. First bike I've had with a quickshifter. Going from 1st into 2nd at a lowish speed, maybe 3500rpm. I was obviously too lazy with my foot, bike went into neutral, rpms went up.

My dumbass just thought, ah, I should complete my shift into second, and blapped her into 2nd. I didn't pull in he clutch, or let the rpms drop (I was off throttle at least). That bish slammmed into 2nd and was aggresssive.

I sure learned a lesson on conscious actions. Doesn't seem I did any major damage so far, though I know it wasn't healthy.

Might just turn the quick shifter off unless I'm ripping on er. Not looking to do that again!
