I was getting spammed with nearly 10 emails per day from Crate and Barrel so I basically ignored the emails and now I found out that all of my rewards from an $8k purchase expired? What kind of rewards program is this? I'm going to close my card after this and all the spam
I'm logged into Outlook Mobile app but I need to login to Outlook from my computer. I used to have the Microsoft authenticator app on my old phone which broke and I can't restore at the moment. To login to Microsoft Outlook on my computer it's requiring that i input a verification code or respond to a code notification that is supposed to go to my mobile app... it never actually appears in the mobile app however and when I go to the settings it says sign in requests are turned off and that I need to login to the Microsoft Authenticator App to turn it on. The issue is that for me to login to the Microsoft Auth app it's requiring me to receive that verification code in my mobile app that never appears or for me to login to Microsoft Authenticator app which is what I'm trying to login to.
