Bro I'm suffering from fissure from 2 years doctor said it is manageable and doesn't require surgery but past few days I get severe constipation never had in my life due to which it get tear up again and feels deeper and more painful I'm using prescribe medicine and cream but inside I'm very depressed about will it get better or convert into new disease such as fistula even cancer. Please help me i know it's manageable and I can manage it by using laxative water intake and fiber but re tear occurs every month or 2 month and I'm afraid of surgery can I treat it with changes in lifestyle
